This license is the one that we will have to apply for those jobs more complex:

- Actions affecting the structural
- Formation of New volumes (new Works)
-Changes in volume (Expansion)

This is the process longer to process, because due to its large magnitude, the relevant administration (city Hall) has to check many aspects and regulations. This time is usually between 2 and 4 months. It is also the process that requires a project more detailed, and therefore tends to be more expensive.

Information that you should know if you are performing an illegal work (without the appropriate license)

The completion of work without the appropriate license is often associated with an urban infringement, the infringement can end in the form of a financial penalty and obligation of adaptation of the performed work to the legislation by project, or in some cases even the knockdown of this. On the other hand, if you have not acted in 8 years on this violation, this could prescribe, and by a certificate of antiquity, could lead to legalize always and when not to take any other action of reform.
What are the costs of the license works ?
The license works, requires two payments to two different entities in order to obtain:
