What we get with this extension?
The housing had a surface area 200m2 but the ground floor had a large open terrace with a lot of potential.
With the expansion project we are transforming this space, to achieve a number of substantial improvements in the housing:
🏗️We increase 75m2 the useful surface area of the housing: we Will have two new rooms with their respective cameras hygienic. With this improved the occupation and the functionality of the home.
♻️Improves energy efficiency by incorporating the system SATE in the closures and 15-20cm insulation cover.
🏡Renewal of the aesthetic appeal of the home by modifying the cover on a flat and non-passable.
☀️Improvement in the natural lighting
💲All these improvements, in addition, will increase the value of the home

This post is a little more dedicated to the professionals of construction, I share as it successfully resolves this meeting, this union is usually cause problems in the form of cracks, fissures, and in some cases even collapse structural.
This is because if it is not resolved well it results in an indentation , like when stepping on a needle on a piece of paper.
In order not to commit this error, we need to weld some metal profiles to the pillar of steel and coated these through hoops of corrugated steel, this way we will get this solidarity work between the two materials.
